Paint’s puppies are coming along well. We can’t tell all the colors yet, but we’re sure they are all either blue or tricolor. This is our first try at uploading videos to the blog, so let us know if you have any trouble viewing them.
Pepper’s pups are one week old and all are doing great. The belton female looks like she’s going to be blue or tricolor so there aren’t any orange pups in this litter. Pepper is a little more relaxed about the camera now.
Pepper had her pups starting at 9 Thursday night- three boys and four girls. One of the girls is a belton so she could be any color, the rest have patches and are either blue or tricolor. This is Pepper’s second litter and she is doing a great job. She is a little worried about what the camera might be doing though.
Two down! Paint had her first pup at 2 AM Sunday morning, and finished with four boys and four girls just like Camas. There are two beltons with no patching- a male and a female. The rest have patches and are either blue or tricolor. Pepper is in and we expect her pups before long.
Camas whelped her litter yesterday. There are four boys and four girls. Three of the males are blue or tricolor, and one is orange. There are two belton females (no patches) that could be any color, one blue or tricolor, and one chestnut. Everyone is doing great. Here are some pictures taken today- one day of age.
