Smoke was out of Sage x Bess. This breeding was highly successful, consistently producing excellent bird dogs with outstanding OFA results (28 pups from this breeding obtained OFA evaluations and ALL were rated Good or Excellent). Smoke hunted at moderate range, trained very easy, pointed with intensity, and retrieved reliably. She was an excellent bird dog with classic good looks. Before retirement she produced two litters, sired by Rocky and Houdini's Man O'War. OFA Good
